Largest measurement around the hips, glutes, and protective cup if applicable.
#4 – Thigh Measurement (In Centimeters)
Largest circumference around thigh.
#5 – Calf Measurement (In Centimeters)
Largest circumference around calf.
#6 – Forearm (In Centimeters)
#7 – Bicep (In Centimeters)
#8 – Neck to End of Sleeve (In Centimeters)
Look straight ahead and bend the arm at the front of the body. Measure length from side of neck base at the BOTTOM of the neck below the earlobe, over the top of the shoulder and over the end of the elbow, to the mark on the back of the hand that shows where you want the sleeve to end.
#9 – Sleeve (In Centimeters)
Look straight ahead and have a helper measure from the point of the shoulder down to the reference mark on the back of your hand that shows where you want the sleeve cuff to end.
#10 – Outseam (In Centimeters)
Measure from the side of the waist level with your navel, down to the pointiest part of your ankle bone.
#11 – Inseam (In Centimeters)
Stand straight up, with your feet about 6″ apart. Hold the zero end of the tape measure up in the very top of the middle of your crotch between your legs (at your perineum). This is higher than the height of the bottom of your protective cup, and behind your protective cup.
Have your helper measure the distance down to the pointiest part of your inside ankle point.
